When you install the Ubigi eSIM profile on your iPad, you are invited to create your Ubigi account to finalize the installation process.
In case you have interrupted the installation process before creating the account, we advise you to open the Ubigi application and try to finalize it.
IMPORTANT: you must be connected to the cellular data network to get the account creation page (please turn off the WiFi on your device).
If you tried again the installation but do not see the “Activate my eSIM” button anymore on the Ubigi application, we invite you to ask for a new eSIM profile with a QR code on the link below: https://cellulardata.ubigi.com/ios/ipad/get-esim-profile/
You will receive an email with instructions step by step to install the new eSIM profile on your iPhone. You will then be able to create your Ubigi account during the installation process.
