If you are using a new iPhone/iPad and want to transfer your Ubigi eSIM profile from your old device to the new one, please fill in our contact form by adding the information below in your request to get an eSIM swap to our Customer Service:
– Old device model/brand
– New device model/brand
– EID of your device (under Settings/General/Information)
– Email address used for your Ubigi account
You will then receive by email a QR code to swap your eSIM profile to your new device (all installation steps are specified in the email you will receive).
This will allow you to keep your Ubigi account and your on-going data plans (if you have any).
