If the account registration screen is still not displayed, please make sure that :
1. You are using Ubigi eSIM line for mobile data communication if you have a dual SIM device (check that in the Settings of your device)
2. You turned OFF the Wi-Fi option in the Settings of your device and make sure no Ethernet cable is connected
3. You restart the Ubigi app or reload the page if you are accessing it in your browser.
You need to verify those 3 points above to be able to access the Ubigi eSIM line in order to create your account.
Once you have created your account, you will be automatically logged in when you access it via the Ubigi eSIM line on your device. If you want to access your account from another device not connected to Ubigi network, you can log in with your username and password (ex: from a browser on a Desktop).
