I only get the “Create my account” button on the Ubigi app when I try to install my Ubigi eSIM profile on my Android device. Why and what should I do?

The following button (“Create my account”) will only appear if you ever have installed a Ubigi eSIM profile on your Android device in the past by using the automatic installation through the Ubigi application:



You may now find yourself in one of those following situations:

1/ If the Ubigi eSIM profile is still installed on your Android device:

if you had created a Ubigi account, you just need to connect to your account by filling in the username and password fields above*.
if you never created a Ubigi account, just click on the “Create my account” button to do so.

2/ If the Ubigi eSIM profile is deleted from your Android device:

if you had created an account, you just need to connect to your account by filling in the username and password fields above*. Once connected, go to the Settings tab and click on the “reinstall my eSIM” button in order to reinstall it again on your device.
if you never created an account, we invite you to contact our Customer Service for more assistance. Please provide in your request the EID (in the Settings) of your device so that it can be processed faster.
