Why did I not receive my verification code email?
When you create your Ubigi account, we will send you a code to enter in the app to verify your email address.
If you don’t receive the verification code by email:
1-Check the entered email address correct and modify if necessary:
2- Check your Spam folder.
3-Make sure you are using an Internet connection that allows your emails to be downloaded:
– Ubigi with an active data plan,
– or a Wi-Fi connection.
