Activate your eSIM

Discover a hassle-free way to stay connected with Ubigi.
With just a few steps, you can purchase a data plan and activate instant connectivity—all without the need for additional apps or complicated processes. Let’s get started!

Go to your iPad Settings, tap on “Cellular Data”

then select “Find a New Plan” and choose Ubigi as your carrier.

In this step, you open the Ubigi website directly within your iPad’s Cellular Data settings.

Here, you can view and select instant travel and local data plans. To proceed, tap on “Browse Data Plans”.

Use the dropdown menus to choose the location where you need connectivity, as well as the currency.

Once you’ve selected your preferences, tap on “View data plans” to see available options.

Choose the plan that best fits your needs by tapping on it to proceed with the purchase.

Review the details of your chosen data plan,

including the price, allowance, and validity. Once you’re ready to proceed, tap “BUY a new eSIM” to complete your purchase.

Complete your eSIM purchase by first reviewing your order details,

then entering your personal information. Finally, choose a payment method (Apple Pay or credit/debit card), enter your payment details, accept the terms, and tap “Checkout” to finalize the purchase.

To activate your eSIM, press and hold the displayed QR code if you’re using an iPad with iPadOS 17.4 or later.

The QR code is also sent to your email, if you prefer to activate it later.

To activate your eSIM, tap “Continue” when the “Activate eSIM” screen appears.

Once setup is complete, select “Done” on the confirmation screen.

Your eSIM is now active, and you can see Ubigi listed under Cellular Plans in your iPad’s settings.

You can manage your account, adjust network settings, and monitor your data usage directly from this menu.
