Best customer service, best esim

The customer service responds what i feel is instantly. I accidently added the esim to the wrong phone and they helped me in less than a minute when I sent them an email. Purchasing the esim was easy through the app and they had pictures along the way so you can't go wrong. The esim service activated as soon as I landed in Japan and worked flawlessly in every area I visited. Easily the best choice for me and which one i would use when I travel abroad again.

As usual Ubigi internet was really fast and reliable. Every year leaving Europe for Japan and automatically getting Ubigi SIM as saver. Cheap, fast, easy to install, with Apple Pay payments.

Flawless in Germany and Japan

Flawless in Germany and Japan. 5G with excellent speeds. It was somewhat slow in China but that is due to China’s government network restrictions.

Ubigi is super responsive and fast

Ubigi is super responsive and fast, a lot faster than my Roger’s data plan. This made travelling so much more convenient and stress free.
