A Ubigi Monthly Plan is a service that allows you:

• to benefit from a data plan that is renewed automatically each month,
• and its payment is a monthly fee that is charged each month on your credit card.

The Ubigi Monthly Plan can be cancelled at any time after a minimum period of 3 months.

Thanks to the new SmartStart feature, your data plan activates automatically upon arrival in a covered area, starting its validity period. This ensures you can fully use it without losing any days before your travel.

Once purchased, your data plan appears in the “My Account” tab on your Ubigi account, where you can track data plan usage and renewal details.

Upon arrival, simply switch on your Ubigi line in your mobile settings—your data plan will activate automatically, and its validity will begin.

Yes, you can purchase multiple data plans on your Ubigi eSIM at any time.

If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you can still purchase a one-off plan for an extra destination or to add more data before your next renewal.

Ubigi offers two types of plans:

• One-Off plans: a single allowance valid for a specific period (e.g., 3GB for Japan, valid 30 days).
• Recurring plans: monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically.

This flexibility lets you combine plans easily and stay connected wherever you go, without changing your eSIM. Plus, with instant top-ups, you’ll never run out of data when it matters most.

The payment receipt will be sent to your email address at the time of purchase from noreply@ubigi.com. If you cannot find the email, please check your junk or spam folder.

Ubigi eSIM is data-only. However, you can use apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, Teams, Skype, Messenger, or other VoIP services to make calls and send messages.

Ubigi eSIM works with many eSIM-compatible smartphones, tablets, and laptops. You can check if your smartphone is eSIM compatible by dialing *#06#. If an EID code shows, your device supports eSIM.
