I’ve used Ubigi for travel in Japan, Singapore and Australia and works perfectly every time, great signal, just as good as on my home 5g network. Also their customer support are good - I needed help resetting me eSIM on a new phone and they responded super fast and got me set up (I was in the airport changing flights and emailing them - that’s how fast they were).

I loved it!
I used to rely on pocket WiFi, but I decided to try Ubigi for the first time. I loved it! The setup was quick and easy, and the network coverage was excellent in the city, on the subway, and even in suburban areas. I would definitely use the service again when I visit Japan next year!

Setup was more complicated

Competitor eSIM crashed after 2 days
My eSIM card from a competitor stopped working 2 days after our arrival in Portugal. Tried everything with no luck. Switched to Ibigi and all is good.
