Great service, ease of use and value

Was recommended this provider. Managed to navigate website and app, followed instructions and it worked perfectly! Fantastic value for money, came a bit unstuck when changing from Japan to Hong Kong - my mistake, I had bought a country eSIM rather then a continent eSIM, so had to get new one for HK, but with good instructions and help from the help robot I sorted it quickly. Going to USA next month so will use eSIM plan instead of providers roaming plan.

Great for google maps/emails and YT/spotify For some reason very patchy call through via Whatsapp call - but this maybe an app issue rather than Ubigi's connection.

Uninterrupted connection

Using Ubigi's esim service is truly convenient. It is easy to activate upon arrival at the airport of my destination. I did not experience any downtime while service is activated. There are also several options available and several countries covered.

I used Ubigi on a recent holiday to Japan…

I used Ubigi on a recent holiday to Japan. The whole set up process to install the esim was very straight forward. In addition though there were very clear instructions on sharing the data with my wife's phone via tethering. For the whole time we were in Japan we had no issues with the service. It was excellent and very reliable. In addition we paid a one day visit to South Korea and used the top up option to add a data allowance for that territory. Again this was easy and straightforward, with no problems on service. I would absolutely use Ubigi again when travelling and have no problem with recommending their service.
