    Excellent service everywhere we went
    Me and my partner got excellent service everywhere we went. We visited Tokyo, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Hakone, Kamakura, Yokohama and had no issues anywhere. We were always connected even in the subway. Great service for a great price.

    Once it started working
    Once it started working, it’s been wonderful. Installing the eSIM was also easy but activating and making sure it using e-SIM was not obvious

    I'll be using Ubigi for my next trip
    I chose the Ubigi 10GB plan due to regional travel in Japan, including several long day hikes in Hokkaido. I was impressed with the service, with reception in most areas. It was also easy to connect and easy to follow my data usage on their ap. I'll be using Ubigi for my next trip.

    Over all went well
    Over all went well, however during the usage I had 3 times deny, which I had to pass the card again, and In one of them I was charged twice. I complained to the store, show the double charge in the App, even though no credit was issued

    如何检查 eSIM 兼容性

    智能手机 / 平板电脑

    输入 *#06#
    → 如果显示 EID 号码，设备支持 eSIM。

    Windows 10 / 11:

    按 Windows+I.
    进入“网络和 Internet”
    → 如果看到 蜂窝网络，说明电脑支持 eSIM。

    如何检查运营商解锁状态

    iPhone / iPad:

    进入 设置 > 通用 > 关于本机
    向下滚动到 运营商锁定
    → 如果显示“无 SIM 限制”，设备已解锁。

    Android:

    进入 设置 > 网络和互联网 > 移动网络
    关闭 自动选择网络
    → 如果出现多个网络，设备已解锁。
