Fast, competent, and friendly customer service
I've used I Ubigi several times on different trips to Japan. When I went to add my eSIM for my most recent trip, it wasn't loading correctly because I deleted it after my last trip and apparently eSIM providers remember your device ID and assume you'll keep the eSIM they assigned you during your first transaction. Anyway, there was no way for me to activate it on my own, so I had to contact customer service. After I sent the email, I assumed I'd have to wait until at least the next day to hear back from them and then deal with going back and forth for hours until it was resolved, but no! To my surprise, someone (shoutout to Chaouki!) emailed back within minutes and had my connection activated after a few messages. I honestly couldn't believe it. Highly recommended!

First time user experience
Being our 1st time using an esim whole abroad, we had to rely on it Internet instructions and YouTube tutorials, and even that didn't prepare us for exactly what we had to do with this to work properly (disabling primary SIM, turn on data roaming, turn off data switching, etc). Once we got the hang of it after a couple days it's was fine. Then we had a Ubigi data network outage at a very critical time when navigating back to put hotel, and no notifications or email was given, we just lost all network with no explanation as to why. Other than that, a pretty solid service.

The connection was great, especially in Tokyo. There was one day where service went out for a little bit in Osaka, but Ubigi was quick to fix the issue and gave me a coupon for 50% off next use.

如何检查 eSIM 兼容性

智能手机 / 平板电脑

输入 *#06#
→ 如果显示 EID 号码，设备支持 eSIM。

Windows 10 / 11:

按 Windows+I.
进入“网络和 Internet”
→ 如果看到 蜂窝网络，说明电脑支持 eSIM。

如何检查运营商解锁状态

iPhone / iPad:

进入 设置 > 通用 > 关于本机
向下滚动到 运营商锁定
→ 如果显示“无 SIM 限制”，设备已解锁。

Android:

进入 设置 > 网络和互联网 > 移动网络
关闭 自动选择网络
→ 如果出现多个网络，设备已解锁。

您的购物车中已有一张 eSIM。

每个订单只能包含一个 eSIM 数据计划。
