Does what it says on the box
Travelled to Japan, and other than it ceasing up a few times, it worked pretty well. It does what it says on the box, and is pretty user friendly. But be aware that it can occasionally cut out.

It was overall very good
It was overall very good. There were a few areas where service was limited and sometimes was slow but not bad overall at all!

The transition to use Ubigi was smooth and didn’t require much process except turning on the transfer mode( easy for an old man like me).

Customer service request form difficult to find
I didn’t fully understand how eSims work and was disappointed I wasn’t receiving texts from android users. It took a bit of searching on the webpage to find someone I could ask about my complaint. However, once I found the form, the reply was very fast. My 3 week trip is costing $28 vs $120 for navigation, email, internet, WhatsApp,etc.
