Excellent coverage
I had a little trouble getting it installed properly but when I got to my destination (Croatia) it worked immediately and coverage was excellent everywhere (land and sea). Definitely will use on future trips.

Easy way to connect. Good customer service. In error purchased a recurring service and promptly was reimbursed for the month I didn’t want and need. Ubigi is slightly morw expensive than Arlo in Europe coverage but because of the customer service I chose them over Arlo

Worked well in Ireland for internet, good price, avoided ATT daily fees. Important: did not automatically connect our Samsung when we landed in Dublin, or even by manual efforts. What seemed to work was power down, then restart. Good if this was in the startup instructions as a potential solution.

First time user
First time user. I had some difficulty setting the eSIM at first but the support team was very quick at resolving my issue. They also gave me a 50% discount code for my trouble which I used for my wife's eSIM. I purchased a plan for Europe and one for Montenegro. The plans got activated at my destinations without issues. They switched automatically from one region to the other as I moved. I am really satisfied and will certainly use Ubigi in my future travels.

Overall the service was pretty good
Overall the service was pretty good. A little slow in a few areas- but other than that- I would use Ubigi again on my next trip to Japan.
