Excellent value, spottier coverage outside of cities
The price for data was excellent. Topping up data was also easy and instantaneous. Mobile coverage was sometimes weaker in smaller towns in France outside of city centers, or inside some buildings. Generally satisfied and would use again for travel in Europe.

I will be using Ubigi eSIM again!
This was my first experience of buying and using an eSIM and, once I had worked out how to override my physical SIM card whilst on holiday, I had no problems and great coverage.

Great price and connected easily!
Very simple to buy before I left for Portugal and the price was great! I followed the instructions to switch my phone from the home SIM to the Ubigi eSIM, and it connected at the airport soon after I landed. It allowed me to use my phone with my cycling group's What's App, to check museum times, get directions, etc. without any issues at all. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous experience
The entire process was utterly seamless...from online ordering to installation of the eSIM to instant, fast data access upon landing in Tokyo. Will definitely be using Ubigi on my next Japan trip.

Great experience - minor set back with initial connection
The connection was always great. The App is easy to understand and use. The explanations and guidance are pro active and easy to understand. I did need to set up my APN before I got initial service. The step-by-step troubleshooting guide on the website worked well in pointing out the potential need to do that, which is excellent! However, I only noticed that is was necessary at the destination were I then had no initial service, which put me under stress. I am wondering if there would be a way of checking possible connectivity ahead of time or recommending checking this setting before? Still I would definitely recommend using Ubigi and will do so in the future again!

오른쪽 하단의 빠른 설정 을 여세요. 셀룰러 설정 이 보이면, 노트북이 eSIM을 지원하는 것입니다.

통신사 잠금 해제 여부 확인

iOS에서:

설정 > 일반 > 정보 > 통신사 잠금(Carrier Lock)으로 이동하세요. "SIM 제한 없음" 이라고 표시되면, 기기가 잠금 해제된 상태입니다.

Android에서:

설정 > 네트워크 및 인터넷 > 모바일 네트워크로 이동하세요. 자동 네트워크 선택을 끄세요. 여러 개의 네트워크가 보이면, 기기는 잠금 해제된 것입니다. 하나만 보이거나 오류가 발생하면, 잠겨 있을 수 있습니다.
