Customer service was quick to assist
I forgot to delete the eSIM from my previous phone before installing the app on my new phone and going on my trip. During the trip, I bought a new data plan and couldn't connect. Customer service was quick to assist; within a few hours, I was back in business. Connection was fast and reliable, and I had no difficulty using it while underground and further away from the city centre.

A little delay but solved satisfactoraly
eSIM profile lost on new iPhone (old one dead). AI agent was very effective with extremely prompt replies, information collection and good solution guidelines, but it took a couple of days once I was told a human agent assistance was needed. Once in contact with the human agent, my problem was resolved very easily and in no time (one email and a QR code did it)

→ EID 번호가 나오면 eSIM 지원 기기입니다.

Windows 10 / 11:

Windows+I 를 누르세요.
“네트워크 및 인터넷”으로 이동하세요
→ 셀룰러 네트워크가 보이면 PC가 eSIM을 지원합니다..

통신사 잠금 해제 여부 확인 방법

iPhone / iPad:

설정 > 일반 > 정보로 이동
통신사 잠금 항목까지 스크롤.
→ “SIM 제한 없음”이 표시되면 기기는 잠금 해제 상태입니다.

Android:

설정 > 네트워크 및 인터넷 > 모바일 네트워크
자동 네트워크 선택을 끄세요.
→ 여러 네트워크가 보이면 잠금 해제된 기기입니다.

장바구니에 이미 eSIM이 있습니다.

각 주문에는 하나의 eSIM 데이터 요금제만 포함될 수 있습니다.
