Tough getting initially connected
Reception had been great once we made the connection. It took several hours to figure out how to activate the eSIM this time. It actually bumped me out and caused me a roaming charge by my home network! A little frustrating.

cheapest, easiest, hands down most convenient way to get service abroad. i always use it for my japan trips and the service is always plenty good for me.

The plans are quick and easy to book
The plans are quick and easy to book, no matter where you are. I'll definitely use the eSIM again for my next trip abroad. The price-performance ratio is good and transparent.

Great eSim
Set up was simple and actual connection with speeds was great. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to purchase another eSim for a future trip. Did not have to contact customer service so cannot speak to that.

Highly recommend
One of the cheapest eSIM companies by far but they don’t mean they compromise on quality i used ubigi while I was in London recently and my experience was all positive I had zero issues and it was so easy to use connection was so easy it didn’t feel like I was in another country at all
