Great service after some issues to set the equipment …
I had some issues to set the equipment the first time, but after that the internet service during all the trip was EXCELLENT!! I’m very happy with the service.

Ubigi app was easy to use and a fraction of the cost for international cell phone service!
We used the Ubigi app for our trip to Korea and Japan (we live in the U.S.) and it was a fraction of the cost to use our phones abroad (in comparison with how much we would have paid through our regular phone carrier with international calls add on service). We will be using Ubigi for all our travels abroad going forward! Highly recommend it!

Overall solid, a few rough spots
Data kept cutting out in certain spots, even with clear access, outside with no clouds. Only solution was to completely reset phone to reconnect automatically

Love it
Love it! Bought the region eSIM. It has not disappoint me since in Singapore, Johore - Malaysia and in Chiang Mai. Now on to Bangkok. Have recommended to other tourist along the way who needed to buy data.
