Slight issue in the start, otherwise stellar service.
Had zero issues other than the startup, perfect connection for two weeks, even on top of a mountain. Make sure you pre-install the eSIM in your origin, critically DISABLE your local SIM before boarding, and in Haneda (Japan) there's no point to try and connect to it while still in the plane due to local infrastructure, wait until you're in the terminal to connect.

Our eSIM works just fine
Our eSIM works just fine. Only issue we had was it did not start sutomaticslly. We had to go into the cellular setting on our phone and make the eSIM the primary. It would have been nice if it had been named Ubigi rather the cryptic Travel-transatel. But once setup it works well.

如何检查 eSIM 兼容性

智能手机 / 平板电脑

输入 *#06#
→ 如果显示 EID 号码，设备支持 eSIM。

Windows 10 / 11:

按 Windows+I.
进入“网络和 Internet”
→ 如果看到 蜂窝网络，说明电脑支持 eSIM。

如何检查运营商解锁状态

iPhone / iPad:

进入 设置 > 通用 > 关于本机
向下滚动到 运营商锁定
→ 如果显示“无 SIM 限制”，设备已解锁。

Android:

进入 设置 > 网络和互联网 > 移动网络
关闭 自动选择网络
→ 如果出现多个网络，设备已解锁。

您的购物车中已有一张 eSIM。

每个订单只能包含一个 eSIM 数据计划。

如果您选择添加一个新的，当前的计划将被移除。您想怎么做？
