It took awhile to figure out what to select on our iPhone in order for a smooth transition to use your esim. We aren’t tech-savvy but I look forward to using your service again when we travel next. Images on how to setup would be nice. We heard about your company via Kensho Quest on UTube.

For a non-techie
For a non-techie, buying, installing and activating the Ubigi eSIM upon arrival in Japan is as simple as described. It may cost slightly more than other eSIMS, but the ease, convenience and reliability is definitely worth it.

Data roaming
I wasn't aware that data roaming needed to be turned on when using the esim. I was worried that my cellular plan would charge me, but when I realized that the esim wouldn't work without turning on data roaming, I just turned it on. I just hope I am not charged by my cellular company later. Otherwise, the esim has been working great! Here and there, there are occasional connectivity issues, but they resolve pretty quickly.
