Ubigi worked very well
Ubigi worked very well. I had a bit of difficulty getting connected once I arrived in Japan (ex. unlocking the e-sim and figuring out I needed to put on roaming). But once I got it figured out, I had no issues.

Coverage was great
Coverage was great! I would have liked some better instructions on how to ensure my phone connected to the eSim rather than my home network. But otherwise, went great and great value!

Pretty good service
Pretty good service. Never noticed a lull in data and it was very reliable throughout my trip connecting to maps and train routes throughout Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto. I will most likely use it again on my future trips.

Excellent choice over other eSIM options
We had doubts between Ubigi and Holafly but after using it, more than happy with Ubigi's service. It worked perfectly during all our trip. Highly recommended

I accidently order a eSim with a shorter expiration date.
I accidently order a eSim with a shorter than required expirery date, Ubigi fixed it over a couple over emails. Its was no problem at all.
