Tough getting initially connected
Reception had been great once we made the connection. It took several hours to figure out how to activate the eSIM this time. It actually bumped me out and caused me a roaming charge by my home network! A little frustrating.

Great eSim
Set up was simple and actual connection with speeds was great. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to purchase another eSim for a future trip. Did not have to contact customer service so cannot speak to that.

One of the cheapest eSIM companies by far but they don’t mean they compromise on quality i used ubigi while I was in London recently and my experience was all positive I had zero issues and it was so easy to use connection was so easy it didn’t feel like I was in another country at all

통신사 잠금 해제 여부 확인 방법
iPhone / iPad:
설정 > 일반 > 정보로 이동 통신사 잠금 항목까지 스크롤. → “SIM 제한 없음”이 표시되면 기기는 잠금 해제 상태입니다.
Android:
설정 > 네트워크 및 인터넷 > 모바일 네트워크 자동 네트워크 선택을 끄세요. → 여러 네트워크가 보이면 잠금 해제된 기기입니다.
