The “All Asia” e-sim was an inspired choice for my recent visit to Japan with stop offs in Shanghai and Beijing. The service and signal never dropped off and as a solo tourist - I had plenty of (inexpensive) data that kept me on track and in control at all times.
Instant purchase. Simple to set up, and App support that kept me informed.
I’ve already recommended an Ubigi e-sim to a friend who’s travelling to Japan soon and I would definitely use one again myself.

The eSim worked most of the time
The eSim worked most of the time, but when it didn't we had an alternative. What I did not appreciate is the referral code did not work and I paid the full price. When contacting Ubigi, the back and forth of emails resulted in an offer of cancelling the eSim and reordering it, but by that time I was already enroute to my destination and could not take the chance of the new eSim not getting installed.

Had flawless connection on my trip to London
Installing the eSIM was pretty straightforward, they had a mini downtime the day before my trip but it wasn’t a problem. I was in London for a week, and Ubigi was had the cheapest prices of all eSIM options I found. It worked really well.

Seamless experience with Ubigi
Seamless experience with Ubigi! Before travelling to Malaysia, I downloaded the app and purchased an eSIM, which activated as soon as we landed. The connectivity throughout Kuala Lumpur and Penang was excellent, with no issues at all. The rates were also more affordable than those of other brands. Overall, a hassle-free experience and highly recommend Ubigi to anyone travelling to Malaysia!

Very nearly 5 stars
I’m very close to giving this 5 stars, but I have one small issue with the whole thing. When purchasing the eSIM, setting up the eSIM, and installing the app, I had quite a lot of trouble. While the installation was a bit complicated, the rest of my experience was very good. The eSIM worked well all across Japan, even in extremely rural areas. The pricing was reasonable. I had no issues with running out of data of anything similar. I would definitely use ubigi again, and probably will. 4.7/5
