Ubigi vs Holafly
I have changed from Holafly to Ubigi because Holafly restricts hotspot to 1GB per day. I have to say Ubigi works well. Connection is slightly less stable than homafly (sometimes I have to go out and in flight mode to restore it), but I was generally able to do Whatsapp calls and surf. The annoying thing is that it does not show the connection bars properly (actually it shows all bars empty even though is connected) this is the reason for the 4 stars.

Must need in Japan
Although service was spotty in some areas, I was able to use my phone for most of my trip. I would definitely recommend getting Ubigi as it was easy to use.

I used this eSIM in Japan and it was brilliant! Yes had one little blip for a couple hours, Ubigi got in touch said there was a problem which they sorted an offered me half price on my next order.
Great signal and will defo use again.

I had no idea Ubigi would be such a fantastic option for traveling abroad. It was completely seamless, just as advertised. In fact, it connected while we were still in the air and preparing to land!
The data connection was completely uninterrupted throughout our entire trip. It worked flawlessly in major cities like Rome, Florence, and Venice, as well as in more rural and coastal areas like Tuscany, Sorrento, Chianti, San Gimingnano, and Pompeii. I absolutely loved the service and highly recommend Ubigi to anyone traveling to Italy!
The rate was way way cheaper than that of our regular providers in the US.

Windows 10 / 11:
Windows+I 를 누르세요. “네트워크 및 인터넷”으로 이동하세요 → 셀룰러 네트워크가 보이면 PC가 eSIM을 지원합니다..
통신사 잠금 해제 여부 확인 방법
iPhone / iPad:
설정 > 일반 > 정보로 이동 통신사 잠금 항목까지 스크롤. → “SIM 제한 없음”이 표시되면 기기는 잠금 해제 상태입니다.
Android:
설정 > 네트워크 및 인터넷 > 모바일 네트워크 자동 네트워크 선택을 끄세요. → 여러 네트워크가 보이면 잠금 해제된 기기입니다.
