Thank you Hello Ubigi Support Team, I purchased an Ubigi eSIM to use in Russia, and while activation completed successfully, I was unable to use the service on arrival. Issue observed: after I enable mobile data on the Ubigi eSIM, it connects to LTE for ~40 seconds to 2 minutes and then disconnects on its own. To get any connection again, I have to toggle the eSIM off and on, which only restores the connection for another short 40s–2min interval before it drops again. In practice, this made internet access impossible. Where/when: Moscow, Russia, on October 14 8:30 — 23:30 local time. Device: iPhone 14 Pro IOS iOS 26.0 (23A341) Ubigi eSIM ID: 8988247000131448947, purchased on October 13 for 7$. Troubleshooting performed: I followed your help center guidance (restart, data roaming ON, manual network selection, reset network settings, APN left on default/automatic, carrier settings updated). The issue persisted with no improvement. Given that the service was not provided in a usable manner, I’m requesting a refund to the original payment method. I understand your policy states that, in case of proven technical issues to activate the services due to Ubigi, refunds may be available from the occurrence of the problem. This is exactly my situation in Russia. (Reference: Ubigi Help Center.) Please confirm: Refund initiation and amount; Whether you require any additional diagnostics; I would appreciate your response. I've been in Japan for three weeks and have coverage everywhere, even in the mountains. The card was accepted and activated immediately without any problems! Purchasing additional data volume was also no problem. I'll stick with this provider on my next trip to Japan. bin seit 3 Wochen in Japan und habe überall netz, selbst in den Bergen. I've been to Japan for 10 days and I haven't had any problem with it. Although you can't choose the number of days when selecting the E-sim, you can choose how many Go you want and for how long (a week - 30 days). With the app, you can track how many Go you have left and how much you've already used. Before buying it, just make sure that your phone is compatible with an E-sim (a quick google search is enough, but you can still check the list of phones that are compatible in their FAQ). You just have to activate it when landing and voilà, it's ready to use! Would definitely use again.
