Worked very smoothly
Worked very smoothly from the moment I arrived in Japan all the time until I left. Very good connection everywhere, even in the mountain in Niseko. Visited Tokyo for a weekend and Niseko for two weeks.

Cost effective solution for data while in Japan. Worked well except I had to completely turn off my primary SIM. It wasn't enough to turn off roaming.

App is easy to use and the self activation once in area is convenient. Have bought for multiple trips. Fair speed and reception with ability to automatically switch between 2 different local carriers based on signal.

Customer service was quick to assist
I forgot to delete the eSIM from my previous phone before installing the app on my new phone and going on my trip. During the trip, I bought a new data plan and couldn't connect. Customer service was quick to assist; within a few hours, I was back in business.
Connection was fast and reliable, and I had no difficulty using it while underground and further away from the city centre.

Windows 10 / 11:
Windows+I 를 누르세요. “네트워크 및 인터넷”으로 이동하세요 → 셀룰러 네트워크가 보이면 PC가 eSIM을 지원합니다..
통신사 잠금 해제 여부 확인 방법
iPhone / iPad:
설정 > 일반 > 정보로 이동 통신사 잠금 항목까지 스크롤. → “SIM 제한 없음”이 표시되면 기기는 잠금 해제 상태입니다.
Android:
설정 > 네트워크 및 인터넷 > 모바일 네트워크 자동 네트워크 선택을 끄세요. → 여러 네트워크가 보이면 잠금 해제된 기기입니다.
