Overall good plan, however…
Overall very good plan and works well all the time I am very impressed however the reason why I have marked down by 1 star is we had major connectivity issues on the first two days of our trip in Japan was a real problem getting around without the use of Google maps!!! They have replied to give us 50% off our next purchase but it was a major problem for us being in a country not knowing enough of the language not being able to use translate app.

Purchased the plan before my trip and was activated on arrival. Everything was smooth and instant. The connection speed was perfect similar to my original sim. This is an esim provider that I can trust.

Easy and worry free travel
For someone who is not technically inclined it was easy to instal and use once I arrived at my destination. I’m never travelling without Ubigi again.
