It was very difficult to get the connection on arrival in Japan. However once connected no problems.
I had to connect to my international roaming for an extra cost I was trying to avoid to get Ubigi to get connected.

Used a 3gb SIM in Morocco . It's data only but worked a dream, even out in the desert. Really recommend this for Morocco

For Japan, there's no one better than Ubigi.
For 9 days I used Ubigi in Japan. From Tokyo to Osaka. There was not a single area that was not covered. Used navigation all the time, it was accurate. I didn't have to check for free wifi at any place.
For Japan Ubigi is the one. Don't think twice.

Best customer service, best esim
The customer service responds what i feel is instantly. I accidently added the esim to the wrong phone and they helped me in less than a minute when I sent them an email. Purchasing the esim was easy through the app and they had pictures along the way so you can't go wrong. The esim service activated as soon as I landed in Japan and worked flawlessly in every area I visited. Easily the best choice for me and which one i would use when I travel abroad again.
