Ubigi was easy to use and set up before heading to Japan. One thing that was a little confusing was having to make the eSIM primary over your home network but once we figured that out it all went well. Mostly great service, some spotty areas, but overall really good eSIM for travel and I'll be using them again.

Ubigi offers a range of packages easy to understand not overwhelming. Competitive prices. Step by step download, set up and simply connected on arrival. Coverage in Japan in the countryside where I am in Nagano is good. Many reviews say when things go wrong not so good but as it hasn’t so far happy except that slight angst of if I have a problem…… that’s why it’s a 4

The user experience is great
The user experience is great: buy your plan a few days before leaving for your journey, and the eSIM activates as soon as you arrived to your destination. Also, you can choose the country of your IP: very convenient not to be blacklist by your bank website because you're in a foreign country.

Everything was great
Everything was great, except for error codes. When no internet error, the app said "incorrect code". Would better understand "no internet error" so no password reset
