I had the Ubigi APP from my last trip. So I purchased my plan as soon as I landed in Taiwan, at the airport. It worked perfectly immediately!

QR code IPhone 17 Pro
The overall experience with Ubigi is great. That is when it works. The problem was to activate the package on a new IPhone 17 pro. You need a QR code and it was not provided by Ubigi. It took me a lot of time before I realized that the only way was to contact customer service. Got a QR code after 24 hours. That’s too long! Minus one star!

So reliable. The moment I land in a new country, I have service. Ubigi has worked for me in five countries so far: Mexico, France, Japan, Philippines, Guatemala. Wouldn't go without it.

bag at installatio process
I tried to make same Ubigi eSIM ta mu wife`s iphone.
However it did not work due to bag at ordering process and I gave up it and install competitor's wihtout my wishes.
Please solve this bag immidiatelly.
