Easy to use; seamless experience
Easy to install app and sign up for an international esim. Straightforward to activate in Japan and was able to use data just like at home in North America. Had to figure out how to turn off home phone number data but once configured, it was smooth sailing!

It works.
It did what was supposed to do: giving me internet connection abroad. The activation process did not go smoothly. So it could have been better. The relevant information that led to activation was readily available, so it did not take long to activate though.
