Once the purchase validated, you will receive an email with a QR code to scan with your device in order to install your eSIM profile.
NB : we advise you to open the email on another device/screen in order to be able to scan it with the smartphone/tablet on which you want to install Ubigi. Do not forget to check the SPAM folder in case you did not receive the email in your inbox.
Once you scan the QR code with your smartphone/tablet, a link will appear on your screen – tap on it to open it, then follow instructions on screen to complete the eSIM profile installation.
After that, download and open the Ubigi application on your device, then select your device and follow instructions to create your Ubigi account.
Important : when you open the Ubigi application, make sure you are connected to the Ubigi connectivity so that the account creation page is displayed.
