Great coverage - tonnes of data

I experienced excellent coverage - better than my wife's service, which was a roaming set-up from a company back home. I'd often have access when she didn't. I didn't have a single problem during my month in Japan, so can't talk about customer service; but maybe that's comment enough - I didn't need to contact customer service! I also had more than enough data, often hot-spotting for my wife, who spent more, but got sooo much less.

In ital connection

It was very difficult to get the connection on arrival in Japan. However once connected no problems. I had to connect to my international roaming for an extra cost I was trying to avoid to get Ubigi to get connected.

For Japan, there's no one better than Ubigi.

For 9 days I used Ubigi in Japan. From Tokyo to Osaka. There was not a single area that was not covered. Used navigation all the time, it was accurate. I didn't have to check for free wifi at any place. For Japan Ubigi is the one. Don't think twice.
