If you do not get the “Active my eSIM” button when you open the Ubigi application, this means either:
– that your iPhone is not eSIM compatible (check the iOS compatible devices list)
– or that you already installed a Ubigi eSIM on your iPhone in the past,
– or that you interrupted the installation process during your last attempt.
If you tried again the installation but do not see the “Activate my eSIM” button anymore on the Ubigi application, we invite you to ask for a new eSIM profil with a QR code on the link below:
You will then receive an email with instructions step by step to install a new eSIM profile on your iPhone.
