Kung bibili ka ng eSIM profile na may paunang naka-load na data plan sa pamamagitan ng aming website, makakatanggap ka ng:
– Isang resibo ng bayad sa pamamagitan ng email.
– Isang kumpirmasyon na email mula sa Ubigi na naglalaman ng QR code para mai-install ang iyong eSIM profile, at isang “Sign up” na button para makagawa ng iyong Ubigi account at i-link ang iyong eSIM.
Tandaan: Kung bibili ka sa pamamagitan ng Ubigi app, makakatanggap ka pa rin ng resibo ng bayad at kumpirmasyon na email, ngunit hindi na kailangan ng QR code. Maaari mong i-install ang iyong eSIM nang direkta sa app.
Karagdagang Paalala: Kung hindi mo matatanggap ang mga email na ito, mangyaring:
– Suriin ang iyong SPAM/junk folder.
– I-verify na tama ang pag-input mo ng iyong email address sa proseso ng online na pag-order.

Very easy to shop
Very easy to shop. Installation of the eSIM was a breeze. The unlimited hotspot was great for sharing with another traveler. The Ubigi app conveniently tracks your data usage and allows you to top up. Overall, I am very happy.
The following issue is likely not Ubigi's problem but my iPhone 16 still had a tendency to use a tiny amount of data (i.e. 0.01 MB) on my regular eSIM. This is apparently a quirk of iPhones. My main eSIM charges a daily flat fee for ANY international data usage. If you don't need to make/receive calls or texts and you want to avoid these charges, you should turn off your regular eSIM. Otherwise, be sure to properly set up your iPhone to minimize these data leaks. This includes turning off Cellular Data Switching, data roaming on the primary eSIM, live voicemail and MMS. You should consider REMOVING the daily charge on your primary eSIM and pay ala carte fees because you may end up paying less.
The Ubigi FAQ does cover roaming charges, but it could provide more specific details about how to set up iPhones to minimize them.

Had no problems whatsoever using this service. My friends who used another provider had a lot of issues with calling and texting, but I didn’t run into any! It was a great experience and I will use it again when I travel internationally.

First time user
Easy to install esim. This was our first time using one. Worked great for us. My wife kept her phone in airplane mode and connected to my phone via a wifi hotspot and was able to talk to our grandchildren while I could use Google Maps to be in navigate on our trip. We were in Morocco and the coverage was great.

Really good, minor flaws
(Android user)Really easy to set up and use. Some areas were a bit spotty in reception but overall, really good and consistent connection and easy to use. My partner uses an iphone and found it a bit trickier than me to set up and use but we sorted it out.

Paano suriin ang pag-unlock ng carrier
iPhone / iPad:
Pumunta sa Mga Setting > Pangkalahatan > Tungkol sa Mag-scroll sa Carrier Lock. → Kung makikita mo ang Walang mga paghihigpit sa SIM, naka-unlock ang iyong aparato.
Android:
Pumunta sa Mga Setting > Network at Internet > Mobile network. I-disable ang Awtomatikong pagpili ng network. → Kung lumalabas ang maraming network, naka-unlock ang iyong device.
Mayroon ka nang eSIM sa iyong cart.
Bawat order ay maaari lamang maglaman ng isang eSIM data plan.
