How do I know that the payment for my eSIM profile with a preloaded data plan has been validated?

If you purchase your eSIM profile with a preloaded data plan through our website, you will receive:
– A payment receipt by email.
– A Ubigi confirmation email containing a QR code to install your eSIM profile, and a “Sign up” button to create your Ubigi account and link your eSIM.

Note: If you purchase through the Ubigi app, you will still receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email, but no QR code is needed. You can install your eSIM directly via the app.

Additional Note: If you do not receive these emails, please:
– Check your SPAM/junk folder.
– Verify that you entered your email address correctly during the online order process.
– Ensure you are using an internet connection that allows emails to be downloaded (e.g., a Wi-Fi connection).
