How do I know that the payment for my eSIM profile with a preloaded data plan has been validated?
If you purchase your eSIM profile with a preloaded data plan through our website, you will receive: – A payment receipt by email. – A Ubigi confirmation email containing a QR code to install your eSIM profile, and a “Sign up” button to create your Ubigi account and link your eSIM.
Note: If you purchase through the Ubigi app, you will still receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email, but no QR code is needed. You can install your eSIM directly via the app.
Additional Note: If you do not receive these emails, please: – Check your SPAM/junk folder. – Verify that you entered your email address correctly during the online order process. – Ensure you are using an internet connection that allows emails to be downloaded (e.g., a Wi-Fi connection).

User traveling in Spain
I have used another company (H***F**) in the past when I previously traveled to Spain and it was not cost effective. Ubigi eSIM not only gave me great service but it offered a variety of options for much better prices. My mobile phone company Verizon is a ripoff when it comes to an international travel pass. And Ubigi eSIM is one of the only companies I found that also offers an option to purchase for 3 months. My daughter was able to purchase that option since she is studying in San Sebastian until mid December. Ubigi eSIM is awesome.

Great once set up, set up instructions unclear
Once I got the ubigi eSim card working upon touchdown it was great. I didn't have to worry about international charges from my home provider.
One star removal because I felt the set up instructions weren't particularly comprehensive and I had to do a bunch of Googling to ensure that I was flipping the correct toggles on my phone.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
