Ubigi eSIM 프로필을 구입했는데 휴대폰이 잠겨서 eSIM 프로필을 설치할 수 없습니다. 어떻게 해야 하나요?
구입한 이동 통신사에서 디바이스를 잠근 경우, ‘잠금 해제’하지 않으면 Ubigi eSIM 프로필을 설치할 수 없습니다. 이렇게 하려면 해당 이동 통신사에 연락하여 기기의 “잠금 해제”를 요청하면 됩니다(설정에서 찾을 수 있는 IMEI만 제공하면 됩니다).
그 후에는 기기가 자동으로 잠금 해제되며, 이메일로 받은 QR 코드를 스캔하여 Ubigi eSIM 프로필을 설치할 수 있습니다.
참고 : 일부 기기에는 eSIM이 장착되어 있지만 일부 시장/국가에서는 이 eSIM 기능이 제한될 수 있으므로 기기가 잠겨 있든 잠금 해제되어 있든 사용할 수 없다는 점에 유의하시기 바랍니다. 이 경우 자세한 내용은 디바이스 제조업체에 문의하시기 바랍니다.

We’d swapped phones after ordering our eSIM and didn’t realize you needed to delete the eSIM from the old phone before factory reset. Used Ubigi’s FAQ’s and messaged. They had it sorted out in less than 15 mins.
Been using the service for business and personal for about 5 years now. Always been seamless.

Ubigi so far has not disappointed me in terms of speed of internet and coverage in all the countries that I have been too. You get your money’ worth of what you paid for unlike others that seems to “rob” you of the amount of data that you paid for. Also so easy to top up if u need more data anytime and anywhere

iPhone / iPad:
설정 > 일반 > 정보로 이동 통신사 잠금 항목까지 스크롤. → “SIM 제한 없음”이 표시되면 기기는 잠금 해제 상태입니다.
