How to create your Ubigi account on your Microsoft Windows 11 laptop PC or tablet

Make sure that you have requested your Ubigi eSIM profile in step 1 and installed the eSIM in step 2.

Then connect to the Ubigi eSIM to create your account and choose a data plan.

Open the network flyout

Make sure Cellular option is active

Then, click on the arrow next to the Cellular icon to access more options

Click on “Connect” so that your device can attach the cellular network

Wait a couple of minutes for your PC to connect to the local cellular network, Ubigi network will appear at the top of the pop-up

Check the box “Let Windows keep me connected”

In the blue flyout, click on “Connect with a data plan”(or “View my account”)

Click on “Get Connectivity”

Click now on “Create an account”

Fill the required fields and click “Create account”

Good to know

You’ll be able to check your balance anytime in the network bar and access your Ubigi account to top up by clicking on “View my account”

Ubigi eSIM data plans work on eSIM-enabled and network unlocked devices.

To check if your device is eSIM compatible, follow these steps:​

Dial *#06#. If you have an EID code on the screen, your phone is eSIM compatible.

To check if your iPhone/iPad is locked or unlocked by your provider, follow these steps:​

  • Go to Settings.
  • Select General.
  • Choose About/Information.
  • Scroll down to Network provider lock/Carrier lock. You will see either "No SIM restrictions" or "SIM restricted" in this field. Check here what to do if you have "SIM restricted".

To check if your Android device is locked or unlocked, please contact your original carrier. (You can also test using a different carrier in your home country, which is usually not possible with a SIM-locked device)
