Constant connection, rarely i had LTE and mostly it was in train or subway. Even at mount Fuji no issues what so ever.
Just had a few issues with the login sometimes. But it was solved fairly easy.
I took the unlimited 30 days (60Gb.) used around 1-2Gb. A day in Japan during my 17 days stay.
Would recommend.

Used it to travel all over Japan including rural and mountainous areas. It never let me down. Great value and very easy to set up. Will use it again when I travel abroad.

We’d swapped phones after ordering our eSIM and didn’t realize you needed to delete the eSIM from the old phone before factory reset. Used Ubigi’s FAQ’s and messaged. They had it sorted out in less than 15 mins.
Been using the service for business and personal for about 5 years now. Always been seamless.
