For someone who is not technically inclined it was easy to instal and use once I arrived at my destination. I’m never travelling without Ubigi again.

The service was great most of the time
The service was great most of the time and I had no issues using Google or watching videos. The service did go out one day on my 11 day trip and during that day the service was on and off. It seems like it map have been a one off issue and Ubigi did send out an email offering a discount on the next time I use the service. I would use again.
