Note: In case you encounter any issue with your eSIM profile, do not delete it and just contact our Customer Service for more help.
If you really want to delete the eSIM profile on your iPhone/iPad (for instance in case you want to transfer it to a new/other device), go to:
– Settings
– Mobile Data
– In the “Data plans” section, select the data plan (=eSIM profile) you want to delete
– Click on “Remove data plan”
