WARNING: If you delete your Ubigi eSIM profile on your iPhone/iPad, you won’t be able to reinstall it automatically. You will have to contact our Customer Service for a new installation.
If you encounter any issue with your eSIM profile, do not delete it and just contact our Customer Service for more help.
If you really want to delete the eSIM profile on your iPhone/iPad, go to:
– Mobile Data
– In the “Data plans” section, select the data plan (=eSIM profile) you want to delete
– Click on “Remove data plan”
