Connected easily after landing in Tokyo. Coverage was great all over Japan, including smaller, less traveled towns. The only small issue we had was at Disneyland right before gates open, so make sure you screenshot your qr codes beforehand. Price was way cheaper than roaming and service was reliable. Will use again on other trips

Great value and flexibility on data plans. Purchasing and installing the e-sim was trouble free. Once at the destination the phone immediately picked up the location chosen and worked seamlessly during the trios.

Worked well most of the time
Worked well most of the time. A few places with spotty service and a usage limit after a certain amount of data. Would recommend if using for under 2 weeks. Anything more you’ll get hosed by the data limit

I have never had a dropped call or coverage issue with Ubigi. The purchase process is extremely simple!
I only wish they had more discounted offers (besides the add a friend option) for loyal customers.
Otherwise I’m very content with their service.
