Seamless
One word. Seamless. Traveled with a customer and his eSIM had many problems. UI/set up was easy, but inconsistent service, poor coverage and while “on the go” no service. My service was solid post getting on the plane and before landing in Heathrow. I look forward to using Ubigi again in my other business trips. Keep up the great service!

Positive experience
I had a very positive experience with Ubigi. I found the exact service I wanted--15 days of unlimited 5G service in Japan--and I ordered it from.the company website. It started right up as soon as my plane touched down in Japan, and I've had consistenly excellent service while I've been there.

Great coverage

Ubigi eSIM worked perfectly for my Japan trip. I used the unlimited data plan and was totally worth it since I use a million gbs of data in this trip. The setup was extremely easy. Will recommend to anyone travelling to Japan.

How to check eSIM compatibility

Smartphones / Tablets:

Dial *#06#.
→ If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.

Windows 10 / 11:

Press Windows+I.
Go to “Network & Internet”
→ If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.

How to check carrier unlocking

iPhone / iPad:

Go to Settings > General > About.
Scroll to Carrier Lock.
→ If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.

Android:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
Disable Automatic network selection.
→ If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.

You already have an eSIM in your cart.

Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
