Turn on Data Roaming
Took me a minute to figure out why it wasnt working once i was in Japan. You need to turn data roaming on once the esim is on and your sim is off.

Reliable and Convenient Service for Travel and Everyday Use
I discovered this service last year and have been using it ever since. The signal quality has been consistently good, and l've recommended it to many of my friends. One of the things I appreciate most is the convenience it offers when traveling. How to check eSIM compatibility

Smartphones / Tablets:

Dial *#06#.
→ If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.

Windows 10 / 11:

Press Windows+I.
Go to “Network & Internet”
→ If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.

How to check carrier unlocking

iPhone / iPad:

Go to Settings > General > About.
Scroll to Carrier Lock.
→ If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.

Android:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
Disable Automatic network selection.
→ If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
