    I had a great experience with Ubigi
    I had a great experience with Ubigi. The service worked very well during my trip, and when I accidentally purchased the wrong plan, I contacted customer support. They resolved my issue quickly and the whole process was simple and hassle-free. My only suggestion is to keep improving the app interface. I found it a bit confusing, and I had to spend extra time and even use AI to better understand how some of the plans work. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. I would definitely recommend Ubigi.

    Best performance in France I have experienced in the last 5 years. Great connection right after landing and never lost it so far. Completely satisfied with the battery usage as well. (I think it drains battery faster whenever the reception is fluctuated.)

    How to check eSIM compatibility

    Smartphones / Tablets:

    Dial *#06#.
    → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.

    Windows 10 / 11:

    Press Windows+I.
    Go to “Network & Internet”
    → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.

    How to check carrier unlocking

    iPhone / iPad:

    Go to Settings > General > About.
    Scroll to Carrier Lock.
    → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.

    Android:

    Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
    Disable Automatic network selection.
    → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.

    You already have an eSIM in your cart.

    Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
