Absolutely faultless
Absolutely faultless! We have travelled all over Japan and have had wonderful coverage. The connectivity has been seamless. Having read the reviews we turned it on as we left Heathrow and it was all ready to go as we landed. A very reasonable price for the Internet facilities we needed. Well definitely use again.

This my first time using an e sim app
This my first time using an e sim app, while researching I saw lots of reviews on other apps that most of the time the connections were bad, it didnt even work for some people, etc. Therefore I researched a lot and found Ubigi, its been really good so far, hope that nothing breaks. Please make sure to keep it this way and I am sure more people will use this app for esims!

I've been using Ubigi only for a few days. It was easy to set up, the app is user friendly and, so far, no issues with connection. It's been fast and reliable! If this continues, which I have no reason to think it won't, Ubigi will be my "to go to" esim for traveling!

How to check eSIM compatibility

Smartphones / Tablets:

Dial *#06#.
→ If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.

Windows 10 / 11:

Press Windows+I.
Go to “Network & Internet”
→ If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.

How to check carrier unlocking

iPhone / iPad:

Go to Settings > General > About.
Scroll to Carrier Lock.
→ If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.

Android:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
Disable Automatic network selection.
→ If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.

You already have an eSIM in your cart.

Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
