4/5 - Good service, but confusing set up.
4/5. The services is good, but setting up the connection can be confusing. It says to turn on data roaming, but I've heard from various people NOT to do that. My friends also had Ubigi and they did not turn on roaming and had service. I had to turn on roaming to get Ubigi's service, which made me kind of nervous. I wanted to connect with costumer service to clarify but it's hard to reach anyone. In short, not sure if data roaming is required or not.

How to check eSIM compatibility

Smartphones / Tablets:

Dial *#06#.
→ If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.

Windows 10 / 11:

Press Windows+I.
Go to “Network & Internet”
→ If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.

How to check carrier unlocking

iPhone / iPad:

Go to Settings > General > About.
Scroll to Carrier Lock.
→ If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.

Android:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
Disable Automatic network selection.
→ If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.

You already have an eSIM in your cart.

Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
