Great experience using Ubigi esim. 15 days in Japan, no problems. We went from Tokyo to Hakone to Kyoto and could always connect. Highly recommend

Excellent reception 👏

Excellent, set up before I flew out, started as soon as I arrived in Japan. Easy to top up via the APP. Thank you

Combo eSIM didn’t work for me.

It wasn’t clear that I needed to choose just Ubigi eSIM in my phone’s settings. The default was combination and I selected that option. Data service was pretty bad but once I went into the settings and chose only Ubigi it worked well with no issues.
