Works well. Beware of poor currency conversion
Previously payment was in US$ but payment currency is now set to the country where you initially set up account. The currency conversion isn't the best & there’s no option to change. My partner submitted an enquiry to customer service which was responded to close to 24 hrs later with a response that was generic & useless. Other than those disappointing negatives the app & network works well.

Excellent eSIM Service – Highly Recommended!
I’m visiting Japan from Canada, and my experience with Ubigi has been excellent! The eSIM was easy to activate, and the 5G internet connection has been fast, reliable, and convenient throughout my travels. I’ve been using Ubigi for Google Maps, WhatsApp, YouTube, and everyday internet access while exploring Japan. Having reliable mobile data is especially important when travelling in a foreign country. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely choose Ubigi again for my future trips to Japan. Thank you, Ubigi, for making international travel easier and more enjoyable! Alhumdulillah 🤲🤍

I had a totally flawless experience…
I had a totally flawless experience with the Ubigi eSIM. Fr just prior to landing in Japan from the US, it alerted me to turn on the sim and from there I was online and able to use my ATT iPhone seamlessly and I did not even come close to using up my allotted data. I highly recommend Ubigi to anyone travelling to Japan from the US.
