Najpierw sprawdź na tej liście, czy Twoje urządzenie jest kompatybilne z usługami Ubigi.

Jeśli urządzenie jest kompatybilne z usługami Ubigi, musi być wyposażone w kartę eSIM lub fizyczną kartę SIM:

– Twoje urządzenie jest wyposażone w kartę eSIM: przejdź do następnego kroku.

– Twoje urządzenie jest wyposażone w fizyczną kartę SIM: postępuj zgodnie z instrukcjami tutaj.

Sprawdź teraz, czy profil eSIM jest zainstalowany/preinstalowany na Twoim urządzeniu. Kliknij:

Start > Ustawienia > Sieci i Internet > Komórkowe > Profile eSIM.
Na górze strony możesz zobaczyć, która karta SIM/eSIM są zainstalowane na Twoim urządzeniu. Profile Ubigi eSIM będą wyświetlane jako TSL-1234 (np. TSL-0131, TSL-0199 itp.).

Jeśli masz profil Ubigi eSIM, kliknij małą strzałkę, aby wyświetlić więcej opcji i kliknij użyj, aby go wybrać (kliknij tak w wyświetlonym komunikacie).

Jeśli nie zainstalowano profilu Ubigi eSIM, postępuj zgodnie z instrukcjami tutaj, aby zainstalować profil Ubigi eSIM.

Po zainstalowaniu profilu Ubigi eSIM kliknij go, aby wyświetlić więcej opcji i kliknij użyj, aby go wybrać. Następnie przejdź do następnego kroku.

Great service. Be careful about apps though, especially ones that run in background, and news apps, with videos, they hog a lot of the allotted capacity.

Will always recommend

This is my second eSIM purchase with Ubigi and I was more than satisfied! We traveled in 3 countries in Asia ( Japan, HK and Bali) and had more than enough data for the 3 weeks of our trip :) I didn't have any issues with the internet and the signal was always good. Definitely recommend!

While in Japan

While in Japan, this eSim worked great. I prepped before my flight over, and once I was on the plane, I went ahead and activated it. So easy! When I arrived, my connection and signal were strong! I used Google Maps and Translate quite often for a 2 week trip. With that said, I actually topped up after one week. I was able to do so easily. I will say this is pretty straightforward. For folks that do not understand their personal phone plans and how data / Wifi work, I would call your provider to verify. I actually turned off my T-Mobile Sim while using Ubigi just to avoid calls and accidentally answering them (international charges). I only turned on my T-Mobile sim temporarily for any MFA via text (like for online banking). Any calls while being in Japan were done on Ubigi data or WiFi via WhatsApp. Highly recommend for use in Japan!

Good connection

Good connection but slow sometimes. It would be good to have a larger unlimited package for travel in the States as I’m dependent on it most of the time for my internet usage..
